How much does therapy cost?
Standard Session fee is $125 for a 50 Minute Session.
Extended Session fee is $175 for an 80-Minute Session
For all new clients - especially couples and families - I recommend that your initial consultation be an Extended Session, after which we can decide together what session type will best suit your needs.
Payment is expected at the time of session. I accept cash, checks and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express).
Insurance
At this time I do not accept insurance, but I can provide a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if needed. Because all insurance plans vary, you should contact your insurance company directly prior to seeing me, to determine your coverage benefits for out-of-network behavioral health providers. Your insurance carrier will be able to inform you about whether or not your sessions will be covered, what percentage will be covered, and their procedures for reimbursement.
If you have any questions or concerns about my fees please give me a call. The last thing I want is for you is to not receive help because of financial constraints. That being said, if my fees are too much please let me know and I will direct you - at no cost to you - to someone who either accepts insurance or works at a fee that best suits you.
